"We gave because we saw firsthand what services provided by staff members who really cared could do for those with disabilities. Our minds were changed forever as we watched many people with developmental disabilities provide back to their own communities when only a few years ago that was not the case; and even in some communities, those with disabilities were kept out of the public. We are thankful that has changed and along with it, many lives have been changed for the better."
